Answers:

What kind of bird is this? Where do they live?
This is an Arctic loon, also known as the black-throated loon. In the summer they live around deep freshwater lakes in the Northern hemisphere, in ground nests close to the shore. In the winter they migrate to coastal lakes in warmer climates.

What do they eat? Where do they find food?
The diet of the Arctic loon depends to a large extent on what lives in the lakes they live by. Adults survive on a diet of mostly fish from those lakes, and when fishing they can dive up to 16 feet underwater!

Does anything eat them? How long do they live?
When humans disturb their habitat they flee, leaving their eggs vulnerable to predators such as foxes, raccoons, and gulls. But the adult Arctic loon has one main predator: the bald eagle. The longest-living Arctic loon on record lived to the age of 28.
